Actress Opens Up About Returning To Work

Kamiya asked Geeta Basra about how she got her first break and also about her struggles in the industry, to which the actress replied that she was lucky. She believes that most people struggle for 5–6 years to get their first break, whereas she got hers just after completing her acting training. Her movie ‘Dil Diya Hai’ was released in 2006, just two years after she came to Mumbai.

However, after she got married, her acting career slowed down. In fact, she shared that she was removed from four projects as well. Now, after almost eight years, she has returned with her own production house, Purple Rose Entertainment. She has already released her first show, ‘Who’s The Boss?’ as well.
