Jacqueline Fernandez Reveals Her Ultimate Weight-Loss Process

After an energising yoga session, Jacqueline and Kamiya Jani sat down for a conversation on health and weight loss. During the chat, Kamiya asked Jacqueline about her most effective weight-loss method. The actress revealed, “I rely a lot on intermittent fasting when I really need to shed weight. I might have my dinner as early as 4 or 5 PM, and then I won’t eat anything for the rest of the night. I sleep and wake up the next day, having my first meal around 10 or 11 AM.”

Jacqueline further explained that following intermittent fasting and having the last meal early helps her get back in shape quickly—she often notices results within a week. To stay healthy and energetic, she practices yoga every morning, a routine she started when she first came to India. The actress is not only focused on her physical health but also takes care of her oral hygiene. Apart from brushing, she follows an additional practice called oil pulling.

Actress’s Secret For Skin Tightening

While enjoying a healthy breakfast, Jacqueline revealed a simple yet effective beauty hack: rubbing the inside of a banana peel on her face to help tighten the skin. For breakfast, Kamiya and Jacqueline enjoyed a delicious bowl of chia pudding topped with pomegranate and nuts.

Pancakes are also a staple in Jacqueline’s morning routine, made with chocolate protein powder, almond milk, banana, and oats. The actress also mentioned that her recipe of pancakes feels light on the stomach and is full of protein.
