Our sixth Power Hour episode is already out for you to watch. This time, our Editor-in-Chief, Kamiya Jani, tried an intense yoga workout with gorgeous Jacqueline Fernandez. After an intense workout session, the duo sat down for a healthy breakfast, the benefits of her choices and shared what she eats to satisfy her sweet cravings. Keep reading to know more about this. 

How Jacqueline Fernandez Satiates Her Sweet Cravings 

In the episode, Kamiya Jani and Jacqueline Fernandez enjoyed a healthy breakfast together. During the meal, Jacqueline talked about her usual diet, which is mostly healthy, no news there! Observing how disciplined she is with her routine, Kamiya asked what she eats to satisfy her sweet cravings. Jacqueline replied, “It could be something as simple as a date. It’s honestly the best, and is packed with vitamins.”

She also added that she sometimes has a glass of hot nimbu paani and one or two dates. According to her, these two items perfectly satisfy her sweet cravings, and she doesn’t really need anything more than that. As the interview moved forward, the actress revealed that she is a very big fan of pani puri and can eat a lot of it. She only stops when she feels someone is looking at her.

Must-Try Street Food In Colombo

When Kamiya asked Jacqueline about the one street food dish everyone should try in Colombo, the actress recommended Kottu Roti. It is a very popular street food in Colombo, made by chopping a paratha into fine pieces and mixing it with various vegetarian or non-vegetarian ingredients. She even described it as a “Sri Lankan Pasta.”

Jacqueline added that Kottu Roti tastes best when eaten fresh, and many people even enjoy it hot while sitting in a car. So, next when you visit Sri Lanka, don’t forget to try their famous dish.
