This Is What Sanjay Dutt’s Daily Routine Looks Like!

It’s unexpectedly endearing to watch Sanjay Dutt, mid-conversation, take a bite of chicken tikka and burst into laughter at a quick-witted remark from Kamiya Jani across the table. The latest episode of Sunday Brunch captures just that: a candid joy that unfolds over a spread of soup, chilli chicken, and easy camaraderie.

Sanjay Dutt Reveals Daily Diet Routine

The latest episode of Sunday Brunch with Kamiya Jani, saw the charismatic Sanjay Dutt, Bollywood’s beloved “Baba” as the guest. Both of them enjoyed some hearty conversations and even heartier food! The episode offers a rare and unscripted version of Sanjay Dutt; and this is what went down after he was asked about his daily diet routine.

Dutt said that his daily diet is broken into six small portions, and this saga of meals begins with a muesli or avocado in the morning time. He likes to follow that up with portions of fruits, salads and light plates, designed to keep his energy steady. To this revelation, Kamiya Jani hilariously reacts, “This is very boring. Humne ye to nahi expect kiya tha aapse.” Yes, and neither did the audience, we are sure!

What Cheat Day Looks Like For Baba?

We definitely expected biryanis and kebabs from this royal-epitome-of-a-guy. “For actors, being fit is very important for us,” Sanjay Dutt says with utter honesty. But restraint doesn’t mean denial! When asked about his cheat day, Dutt doesn’t restrain at all. “Biryani,” he says first, and then the floodgates open as he mentions his plethora of favourite cheat dishes, each name laced with nostalgia, appetite, maybe even a bit of longing. He also mentioned shaami kebab and boti kebab in the list. Jani laughs, as if expecting this all along!

What emerges is a textured portrait: a man who’s disciplined because he has to be, and indulgent because he chooses to be. It’s that duality—the disciplined meal-prep adult and the kebab-loving kid of the past—that gives the episode its emotional depth.

For this episode of Sunday Brunch, you come for the food and the celebrity banter, but you stay because of the candidness and honesty. It serves as a reminder: Sanjay Dutt is still very much Sanjay Dutt, just now with a bowl of soup in one hand and a clear-eyed philosophy about balance in the other.
