Parmish Verma Makes Bombay-Style Egg Sandwich
Having spent several years living in Australia away from home, Parmish Verma revealed that learning how to cook first became a survival skill and eventually turned into a calming ritual for him. Since ordering food wasn’t always an option, he mastered cooking over time, something that clearly showed in his precise chopping skills during the episode.
While preparing the eggs, we asked him about his all-time favourite dish, and his answer couldn’t have been more desi—aloo gobhi! Parmish shared that he can happily eat the classic dish for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
For the sandwich, he used 12 eggs and separated the yolks from eight of them—or “goliyan”, as he jokingly called them. And when asked what he would name his special 12-egg omelette sandwich, he came up with the perfect title: “Parmilicious.”
