“Bharat ki Meethi Hawa,” created by MasterChef India 9 winners Ajinkya and Vikram Gandhe, wowed everyone on the show. Inspired by Banaras’ Malaiyo, it combines light, airy saffron milk foam over rich moong dal halwa. It looked like pure magic and even received spoon-dropping appreciation.
2. Edible Rangoli by Simran and Himanshi Vohra

Who would have thought rangoli could be edible? In a recent MasterChef India episode, Simran Vohra wowed the judges by turning traditional pakoras and chutneys into a beautiful, colourful “edible rangoli.” Crispy pakoras were arranged like the intricate Indian art form, called Mandala, earning high praise from the chefs. Ranveer Brar was sure that this dish was going to be viral soon.
3. Sol Kadhi 2.0 by Ajinkya and Vikram Gadhe
During the show, winners Ajinkya and Vikram Gandhe presented Sol Kadhi 2.0, a creative twist on their audition dish. They made it using coconut barfi, tender coconut, and Indrani ice cream. Once again, it earned the famous ‘spoon-dropping’ reaction from Ranveer Brar.

4. Curry Leaf Chocolate by Deepali Bihani and Jamuna Somani
In one episode of Season 9, Chef Deepali presented Malpua Brandy Snaps, rich Strawberry Rabdi, authentic Gulgule, and a surprising twist — white chocolate infused with curry leaf. What shocked everyone was how much they loved the curry leaf flavour, and even Karishma Kapoor asked for the recipe!
5. Chausar Ka Khel by Sai Sri’s and Rachakonda Chandana

On MasterChef India, Sai Sri and Rachakonda Chandana wowed everyone with their dish “Chausar Ka Khel.” Inspired by the Indian dice game Chausar, they presented it creatively on a game-board style setup. Each element of the dish represented different dice moves, making it a unique and playful culinary creation. Vikas Khanna loved the taste of the dish.
