Mumbai pasta favourite Pomodoro is introducing a Japanese twist to its handmade Italian fare with its first-ever Itameshi menu. Helmed by sister-chefs Afshaa and Nousheen Rajqotwala, the limited-time menu blends Italian techniques with Japanese flavours, featuring dishes such as Corn Panzanella, Chicken Karaage, Gnocchi Kaare, Miso Chilli Chittara with katsu chicken or eggplant, and Black Sesame Panna Cotta.

2. Sampan, Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach

This September, MoMo Café at Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport brings four themed Sunday brunches. Curated by founder and owner Dharsan Munidasa, the menu begins with Chawanmushi, followed by Garlic Chilli Prawn, Black Pepper Dashi Crab and the new Baked Curry Crab, with rustic bread to soak up the sauces.
