Here’s How You Can Make It

If you’re already excited to know how he prepares this mouth-watering dish, here’s the recipe

1. Start by boiling the soya chunks in water until they become soft. Once done, drain out the water and set the chunks aside.
2. In the meantime, grind the spices for the dish.
3. Add a generous amount of ghee to a pan and let it melt.
4. Add curry leaves, chopped garlic, onions, tomatoes, and chicken masala (because Diljit has his own way to cook things, folks!) to the pan. Sauté the mixture until the onions turn golden and the tomatoes soften.
5. Once all your spices are in, add the boiled soya chunks. Stir well so that the chunks are coated with the flavorful masala.
6. Let the mixture cook for a few minutes on medium heat until all the flavours blend.

And that’s it, your Diljit-style Soya Beans ki sabzi is ready to be served and enjoyed!
