According to a post shared by Bharat Mata Ke Sewak (@PatrioticSoul33) on X, a food delivery rider recently faced harsh behaviour from a customer over a delayed order and a missing item. The incident reportedly happened when the rider arrived with a cold coffee but without the sandwich that was part of the order.
The post mentions that the customer had to wait after a delay because the restaurant took longer than expected to prepare the order. When he finally arrived, the customer immediately questioned why it had taken so long to deliver a simple order of cold coffee and a sandwich.
The rider calmly explained that he came as soon as the restaurant handed him the order. However, the situation became tense when the woman asked about the missing sandwich and accused him of eating it. The delivery worker quickly denied the allegation. He told her that the restaurant had not given him any sandwich with the order. During the argument, the woman allegedly made remarks about status. In response, the rider tried to defend himself and said they should not talk about status. He also pointed out that if status really mattered, someone like him would not be surviving on an order worth ₹144.
The conversation, as shared in the post, did not end there. The customer became even more upset during the exchange. She eventually threw the cold coffee away and shouted at the rider to “drink it yourself”.
