Japanese Man Finds Authentic Pho At Tuoi Moi Eats In Delhi

Pho is a famous Vietnamese noodle soup which features warm, flavourful broth, flat rice noodles, herbs, chicken and vegetables. It may not be hard to find good Pho in Delhi, but you will have to go to the right places. Since it is a lesser-known dish among foodies in the city, only a few spots offer Pho on their menu. Recently, a Japanese man, Sho Takei (@sho.the.world) was craving this wholesome dish in Delhi and stumbled upon Tuoi Moi Eats in Humayunpur, Safdarjung Enclave.

Sho ordered the Pho and found it delicious but a little bland. However, he added sauce and lemon to flavour it according to his taste. He also ordered Shrimp Summer Rolls, consisting of fresh herbs, greens and a base of your choice, which were wrapped in rice paper sheets. The total bill for three items, including a cold drink bottle, came to ₹1,024.
