Say hello to Bengaluru’s newest social drinking and dining spot, Heyou, at MG Road.  From amazing cocktails to shared bites and longer meals, the place moulds itself to anything you want it to be. You can expect inventive drinks, comfort-driven dishes and globally inspired flavours. Guests can indulge in dishes like Truffle Butter Paneer Khurchan Toast, Tiger Prawn Pad Thai, Tandoori Garlic Prawns and more. For drinks, we suggest you try their signature cocktails like Red Room, Southbound and Umami Club. Don’t come back home without tasting their Japanese cheesecake and salted caramel churros.

2. SAUS

SAUS has finally opened its doors in Bengaluru at DoubleTree by Hilton Bengaluru Airport. The opening marks the debut of the brand’s signature all-day dining concept in South Asia and is only the second such restaurant in Asia. The restaurant brings together comfort classics, regional Indian influences and contemporary culinary techniques. Their menu moves seamlessly between Indian and international dishes like Champaran Mutton, Makaibari Jhol Momo, Asparagus Risotto and Penne Alla Pesto Genovese. Desserts continue the journey with indulgent Saffron Tres Leches and Tuscan Truffle. This is definitely one of the best new restaurants in Bengaluru this July.

3. Janot

Chef Avinash Martin has now brought Janot to Bengaluru, marking the first expansion of his much-loved Goa restaurant outside the state. The place is built around stories, memories and ingredients. Every dish here begins with an ingredient, a memory or a place that has inspired the chef along the way. Spread across 5,500 sq ft with seating for 70 guests, Janot has been designed as a relaxed neighbourhood restaurant. Their signature cocktails include Patoi, Marmalade, Kokum & Curry Leaf G&T and Feni Colada. Apart from non-vegetarian meals, the place also offers dedicated Jain, vegan and gluten-free options.

4. bb.q Chicken

The famous Korean fried chicken chain, bb.q Chicken is now open in Bengaluru at not one but two locations! The place is perfect for all those foodies who spend their nights watching K-dramas and drooling over the crispy fried chicken shown in those episodes. Whether you are craving fried chicken, kimchi rice or even softies, this restaurant takes you to South Korea without even needing a flight ticket!

6. Silky Elephant

The Silky Elephant brings immersive vegetarian fine dining to Bengaluru. This is the place where tradition and innovation meet to create experiences as memorable as music or art. Dining here is not just about the meal, but about an immersive journey. The café menu moves easily between familiar comforts and Maverick drinks like the Clarified Cappuccino, Maverick Mazagran and Spresso Citron.
