Artjuna is known for its wholesome, Mediterranean-inspired menu, and this outlet carries the same charm, offering fresh salads, mezze platters, smoothies, and artisanal bakes. The ground floor has a deli where you can pick up ready-to-eat healthy bites, while the top floor is all about slowing down with comfort food, vibrant flavours, and maybe even a glass of wine.

2. A Chimbel House

A Chimbel House takes you back in time but with a modern flair. Housed in a restored riverside Goan home, this restaurant is all about celebrating the flavours of old Goa. Think of mussels gently poached in a light coconut curry (caldin), topped with tangy pickled onions for that perfect contrast. The fried chicken spiked with the bold spices of xacuti is an absolute flavour bomb. And then comes dessert, the showstopper Puran Poi Millefeuille, a Goan puran poli transformed into a layered French-style pastry. The atmosphere matches the food, with warm, intimate, and comforting vibes.

Hidden away in Moira, Mister Merchant’s feels more like an experience than just a restaurant. Walk in, and you’ll feel like you’ve entered the home of a traveller who’s collected recipes, relics, and stories from his journeys across the Silk Road. The menu is just as imaginative, bringing Middle Eastern flavours to Goa while weaving in Indian influences. Start with the Gunpowder Hummus, a unique twist with warm ghee, podi masala, and curry leaves. Try the flaky Truffle Sambusek or fiery chicken wings for small plates that pack a punch. But Mister Merchant’s isn’t just about food. The cocktails here, like the popcorn and cola drink, are crafted with the same storytelling flair.
