The place has opened at the Pitbabata Gate of the Similipal Tiger Reserve in Odisha. This means you are not just enjoying a coffee. You are enjoying that cuppa right at the gateway to the wild, but of course, at a safe distance.
The cafe has a unique cottage-like look, with large open grounds and greenery surrounding it. Inside, the space is quite large, making it a perfect spot to spend some quiet time with a book, your work, or just to relax. And the best part? You could be sitting here enjoying your coffee while a melanistic tiger may just be a little away from you, quietly lurking inside the reserve. Sounds like a dream for a wildlife lover, right?

Local Food, Library & So Much More
According to First News Odisha, the cafe will also serve traditional food from Mayurbhanj district, along with a variety of snacks and beverages. Plus, it also houses a small library featuring books related to Similipal and wildlife, so people can enjoy reading amidst the natural surroundings. A souvenir shop inside will offer Similipal-themed products, as well as items made by tribal communities of the region. The cafe will remain open every day from 6 am to 8 pm.
