Pugdundee Safaris Is Back With Walking Safari In Satpura Tiger Reserve
The experience replaces the traditional safari vehicle with long walks through forest trails, riverbanks and stretches near tribal villages. Guests will also cross the Denwa River on foot at several points before spending two nights at a mobile camp set up exclusively for the group in the buffer zone.
The camp features walk-in tents, fresh meals cooked around campfires and basic facilities designed to keep the experience close to nature. There is no Wi-Fi; electricity is limited to lanterns, and guests use dry pit toilets and shower tents. A team of naturalists and camp staff accompanies the group throughout the experience.
