Pooja Dhingra Announces New Cafe In Mumbai
Before you rush out of your home to indulge in pastries at this cafe, wait. You might have to hold your excitement just a little longer. Pooja Dhingra’s new cafe, Please Pardon Our French, is already trending on social media, but it will officially open on February 5.
Pastry chef Pooja Dhingra recently took to her Instagram account to share that they are opening another cafe in Mumbai. But no, it will not be in Bandra. Please Pardon Our French will open in Ballard Estate. A French-style cafe, it will serve all-day breakfast plates, amazing coffee, and desserts that will make you want to return again and again.
What To Expect From Please Pardon Our French
Just like you, we are also waiting for more details about Pooja Dhingra’s new cafe. But if it is anything like Le15 Patisserie, this cafe will definitely become another favourite spot for Mumbaikars. Expect decadent pastries, buttery croissants, delicate macarons, and more.
Le15 India is already a much-loved brand that Pooja Dhingra started in 2010. Her aim was simple. She wanted to bring a little bit of Paris and her favourite macarons to India. Today, Le15 offers freshly baked desserts, macarons, cakes, cupcakes, tarts, and more. The brand is not limited to Mumbai. Le15 also ships many products across India.
Talking about Pooja Dhingra, she studied hospitality at the Cesar Ritz Colleges in Switzerland. She trained at Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, where she earned a Patisserie diploma. This explains why Le15 macarons taste so authentic, almost like they came straight from Paris!
We cannot wait for Please Pardon Our French to open. The excitement is truly through the roof.
