Why This Place Is A Favourite Among Mumbai’s Coffee Lovers
It’s safe to say that Dev Patel knows his coffee spots. Nandan Coffee is among the best coffee shops in Mumbai and is known for its farm-to-cup experience. Located in Kala Ghoda, the cafe attracts artisanal coffee lovers who come not just for the brews, but also for the calm, cosy vibe. Nandan Coffee is about more than just a hot beverage. It’s about shared moments, thoughtful pours and long conversations. The cafe uses organic beans sourced directly from its Kodaikanal estate in Tamil Nadu.
Nestled inside the heritage Mulla House, the space has a calming and inviting ambience. It is a great place to spend some time during early mornings and afternoons. The bottle green exterior, large windows and white-and-wood interiors also make it a comfortable spot to work from. According to The Indian Express, Nandan Coffee was founded by the Mariwala family, who carry a legacy as third-generation coffee growers and roasters. The cafe is also known for its menu items like the Nandan Espresso Cheesecake, Bailey’s Cheesecake, Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Cookie, cold brews and hot chocolates.
