Nipha Winery, Nashik, Is Where Everything Is Made With Love
Nipha Winery is a small, family-run boutique winery and wood-fired pizzeria set in the peaceful surroundings of Niphad, about 35 km from Nashik city. It’s not a luxury property. Instead, here you’ll find wooden tables, a small kitchen where pizzas are made fresh, children helping around, parents taking you on a tour, and a vineyard that feels like a piece of their heart.
Nipha produces White wine, Rosé wine, Red wine, and Sparkling wine made using the traditional Champagne method (Méthode Champenoise). These wines are handcrafted, smooth, and free from artificial colours or added sweeteners. If you enjoy wine, Nipha will win you over in the first sip.
Now, let’s talk about the part that everyone keeps raving about: The Wood-Fired Pizzeria. Here, you’ll see dough being hand-kneaded, sauces being made at home, toppings sourced from their own farm, and each pizza baked in a real wood-fired oven. For many visitors, their soft, buttery garlic bread is the real deal. And their Light, creamy tiramisu is honestly one of the best you’ll find in Nashik.
Everything is prepared fresh when you order, so during busy hours, there can be up to an hour’s waiting time. But the place is so peaceful that even waiting feels relaxing.

A Family That Runs Everything Together

One of the sweetest parts of visiting Nipha is meeting the family behind it. The place is run by a family of four. You’ll find them everywhere, kneading dough, serving wine, guiding visitors, brewing coffee, handling bookings, or simply chatting with guests under the trees.
Nipha is becoming a must-visit spot for anyone coming to Nashik or Devlali: No chaos, no rush – this spot is just about pure calm. It is one of those places you visit once and keep thinking about for weeks. People go for the wine and pizza but stay for the feeling it leaves behind.
This place proves that when things are made with love, they taste different.
