To make this drink, Jaspreet first soaks leftover kaju katli in vodka for at least 24 hours. He then strains the mixture through a mulmul cloth to create a kaju katli-infused vodka. Next, he blends some of the infused vodka with curd and honey until smooth, and just like that, the bizarre Kaju Katli Vodka Lassi is ready to be served.
