The buzzing festive season gives way to a quieter, chilly season, where warm matcha lattes, comforting rasam-rice bowls and sarson da saag dictate cravings. This November, Bangalore has a stream of new restaurants that promise to take you on a culinary ride across familiar yet elevated North Indian flavours, stunning rooftop dining experiences and a cocktail-first destination to keep you in “high spirits”.
