Two New Trains To Ahmedabad & Bengaluru From Bihar
The Indian Railways has decided to run two new trains from Bihar to Ahmedabad and Bengaluru. These two new trains will run on the Ahmedabad–Bhagalpur and Danapur–Bengaluru routes. As per Times of India, the trains on these routes are the Amrit Bharat Express and a new Danapur–Bengaluru Express.
As per East Central Railway (ECR) Chief Public Relations Officer Saraswati Chandra, the Ahmedabad–Bhagalpur Amrit Bharat Express will run from August 26. It will operate via the DDU–Patna–Kiul route. This train will depart from Ahmedabad every Wednesday at 6:30 PM and reach Bhagalpur at 6:40 AM on Friday. On the return route, the train will leave Bhagalpur on Friday at 6:40 PM and reach Ahmedabad at 5:25 AM on Sunday.

When Will The New Danapur–Bengaluru Train Run?
The Danapur-Bengaluru train will run daily from September 1, 2026. The train will depart at 2:45 PM and reach the destination at 2:30 on third day. As this train will begin from Bengaluru on third day it will leave at 11: 50 PM and reach Danapur at 12:15 AM.
This train will have 24 coaches including two AC two-tier coaches, three AC three-tier coaches, 10 sleeper coaches, seven general coaches and two brake vans. Whereas Amrit Bharat Express will include 22 coaches. It will have 11 general coaches, eight sleeper coaches, two brake vans and one pantry car.
