How To Visit
To reach this hidden gem in Kerala, if you’re travelling by flight, you can land at Cochin, Coimbatore, or Calicut airports. All these airports are located within 120–150 km of the location. After coming out of the airport, you can easily find taxis and buses. If you prefer trains, Palakkad Railway Station (56 km) and Thrissur Station (77 km) are the closest options.
The best time to visit Nelliyampathy is from September to March, when the weather stays cool, clear, and perfect for sightseeing. Waterfalls, viewpoints, and plantations look their best during this season. If you enjoy rain and lush greenery, the monsoon months from June to September are also a beautiful time to visit.
