Man Pays ₹150 For Fryums At A Famous Pub In Bengaluru
Arunraj Pattar (@arunraj3935) took to X to share how he is the first person in his bloodline to pay ₹150 for fryums! As per his post, he visited Toit, a popular pub in Bengaluru, and ordered what was listed as ‘Chilli-Dusted Goldfingers’ on the menu. Under the description, it read, “Old Bangalore fried street snack made of rice.”
The dish cost about ₹150 and to Arunraj, and well, to everyone’s surprise, it was basically fryums on a platter! First, he shared the picture of the dish served with a caption, “First in my bloodline to pay ₹150 for this.” When curious netizens asked what was the name of the dish and where he ordered it, he posted a snapshot of Toit’s menu. He wrote, “It was called chilli dusted gold fingers. This is what they brought to me when I ordered it.”

Netizens Say He’s Been “Scammed”!
As you can imagine, the internet did not hold back! While some found obvious humour in the entire situation and jokingly said that the man got scammed, others shared how he could have gotten several packets of fryums for this price.
“BRO WHATT!! I didn’t even know restaurants/cafes sell these,” one user commented while asking the name of the place.
“That’s a scam. ₹20 ke milte hain. woh bhi thik thak dukaan se!” another user commented.
