On Saturday, a shocking incident took place on Bengaluru road where a man was caught waving a dagger at people on the road. He was soon arrested by the police. People are appreciating the police team for their quick action.

Near Lingarajpuram flyover underbridge on Hennur Main Road, Bengaluru, a man was waving a dagger during a road rage incident. Recently, a shocking video was posted online by the Bengaluru police. It raised concern among the people, but they also appreciated the police for acting quickly. Scroll down to view the video.

Bengaluru Man Waves Dagger On Road

A video posted by Bengaluru police (@bengalurutrafficpolice) showed that a man sitting at the back of a two-wheeler vehicle was waving a dagger at people on the road. The video also showed that when a goods vehicle in yellow colour tried to stop the two-wheeler, the man with a dagger damaged the side of his vehicle. He even tried to run behind him, but a police officer held him tightly and prevented more serious damage. This incident took place on Saturday, and the police reached the location the same day for investigation. 

The police officer quickly caught the man and arrested him. Addressing this issue, Bengaluru traffic police wrote, “Road rage won’t get you anywhere — except into trouble. Weapons, aggression, and reckless behaviour have no place on Bengaluru streets. Offenders will face strict action, and if you witness something, dial 112. Stay calm, drive safe, and keep our roads drama-free!”

Netizens’ Reaction To The Video

The video of the recent incident in Bengaluru went viral online. The police acted quickly, showing that anyone involved in illegal activities will not be spared.

Appreciating a police officer, one user wrote, “Superb Bangalore police.”

Another user commented, “Excellent teamwork.”

One user added, “Bangalore city police next level sir.”

Raising concern about this incident, one Instagram user wrote, “Day by day, this kind of scene in Bengaluru it’s increasing, then what’s the use of posting this kind of video. Need to take strict action on this kind of harm.”

Another user added, “Good job BCP, should vandalise all rowdies throughout the city, by seeing them our next generations are spoiled.”

To prevent such incidents in the city, the police should take strict action against these criminals.
