Bengaluru Resident Forgot Bag In Bus
Recently, Bengaluru resident Nouman (@noumqn) took to his X (formerly Twitter) account to share how he left his bag on the bus, and the BMTC airport control room and bus staff came to his aid. Sharing the incident, he wrote that he landed in Bengaluru at 1 AM and was extremely tired. To reach back home, he took the BMTC Vayu Vajra bus from Kempegowda International Airport.
As he was tired, during his journey on the bus, he kept dozing off. When he reached his destination, in a hurry, he forgot the backpack on the seat. Realising that he didn’t have his backpack, he hurriedly made some calls to the BMTC airport control room and after half an hour, authorities confirmed that they had found his backpack.
Here’s How BMTC Airport Control Room And Bus Staff Helped Him
After confirming the details, the authorities offered to return his backpack to the same location by 9:30 AM or, alternatively, he could collect it from the depot. In the post, he wrote, “This morning, the conductor — Paramesh Beeregowda — not only showed up on time, he called me twice before reaching to check if I was around. Honestly, I didn’t expect it to be this smooth.” He further added, “Full respect to BMTC and the airport bus control room team. Stuff like this builds real trust in public services. Thanks again.” This post has since gone viral on the internet.
This incident highlights the professionalism of the BMTC airport control and bus staff. Their commitment and reliability assure passengers that their valuable luggage is in safe hands.
