A Gurgaon resident, Manas Arora, found himself stuck in the middle of the road in his car after torrential rain flooded the roads in the city. He took to his X account to share that he had to leave his stuck car behind and ask a bike rider for help, who dropped him to his home in a ₹300 crore DLF neighbourhood.
Manas also posted a photo and a video which showed him posing beside his stuck car and then taking a bike ride through the flooded roads in Gurgaon. His post sparked a discussion on how homes can be so expensive in Gurgaon, but its drainage system is still lacking. Honestly, waterlogged roads have become a common issue during monsoons in Gurgaon, and residents are quite frustrated because of it.
