Starbucks Unveils Its First Coffee Reserve In Kolkata
Starbucks Reserve offers an extraordinary coffee experience, highlighting rare coffees and artisanal brewing in carefully designed spaces inspired by each location. With only a limited number of stores globally, Starbucks Reserve® represents the brand’s most exclusive and curated expression of coffee craftsmanship.

Starbucks Reserve® in Kolkata will present rare, small-lot coffees sourced from around the world, prepared using brewing methods such as syphon, pour-over, and chemex, while also introducing a curated food menu featuring locally inspired offerings alongside classic favourites. The menu features The Kolkata Chicken Chaap Pizza, which reimagines a familiar local favourite with a contemporary twist. The menu also includes Danish pastries such as Mushroom Feta, Key Lime Pie, and Apple Pie, freshly baked breads like Multigrain Seed, Ciabatta, and Rye, along with a selection of croissant sandwiches, pizzas, and sourdough toasts designed to pair with the Reserve® coffee experience.

To complement the menu is a curated range of Starbucks Reserve® signature beverages, from the coffee‑forward Shakerato Bianco over Ice to the indulgent Vanilla Bean Latte. Each beverage is crafted to display the depth, texture, and character of premium coffee across both refreshing and elevated expressions. The design of the store draws from Kolkata’s creative and cultural legacy, expressed through warm wood tones, bronze accents, layered textures, and geometric patterns inspired by Bengali art, creating a space shaped by coffee craft, detail, and the rhythm of the city, while the rooftop setting adds a distinctive layer to the overall cafe. The experience creates a space that feels both immersive and unique for visitors.
