What The Owners Have To Say

Hindustan Times got in touch with Rameshwaram Cafe’s co-owners, Raghavendra Rao and Divya Rao, about the incident at the Bengaluru Airport outlet. Raghavendra told the media house that they are trying to get in touch with the customer, but he hasn’t responded yet as he is likely to be travelling right now.

On the other hand, Divya questioned the authenticity of the claim and mentioned that such incidents have occurred in the past as well. She said that some customers have added worms to the food themselves, and “used it to dent the image of the brand.”

While those incidents were caught on CCTV, this one can be a little difficult to trace as the airport outlet had no cameras. They said they will look into the matter and release an official statement soon.
