Here’s How Indians Zepto This Year
In 2025, people opened the Zepto app 3,46,41,64,197 times, showing how much it has become a part of daily life. Zepto’s delivery partners together travelled 24,52,95,068 kilometres—that’s like flying non-stop around the Earth for almost 11 years! The fastest delivery of the year took just 48 seconds. Thanks to quick deliveries, smart shopping, and great prices, Indian shoppers saved around ₹17,000 crore this year, proving that Zepto offers both speed and savings.
Some shoppers really stood out in 2025. Yasin from Mumbai placed a massive order worth ₹1,89,900, Rajkumar L completed 5,894 deliveries, averaging 16 orders a day, and Priyanshu from Gurugram tipped a generous ₹54,000 to delivery partners.
Cities With The Most Orders
In Bengaluru, the most popular orders were Nandini Milk (88L units), Tomatoes (78L units), and Bingo Chips (21L units). People also ordered 69,177 Type-C charging cables, showing last-minute tech needs. Interestingly, coffee and melatonin gummies were bought together 5,279 times, showing the city’s constant battle between staying awake and getting sleep.
In Mumbai, the top orders were Amul Milk (90L units), Onions (51L units), and Bisleri Water (17L units). The city went through 7,84,637 litres of energy drinks, and snacks were often ordered with condoms 37,193 times, proving that convenience is key for Mumbaikars.
In Delhi NCR, shoppers mainly ordered Amul Fresh Milk (72L units), Onions (27L units), and Lay’s Magic Masala (23L units). People also bought 1,31,764 face masks. North Delhi preferred guavas (4,41,821 units) while South Delhi went for avocados (3,18,552 units). A quirky combination of Eno and Schezwan chutney was ordered 3,759 times.
In Hyderabad, the favourites were Heritage Milk (56L units), Bingo! (26L units), and Thums Up (14.6L units). Morning tea often included 65,105 kg of Osmania biscuits. Sugar-free products and sweets were bought together 682 times, proving that “the diet starts tomorrow” is a popular thought across the city.
