Mumbai Police BTS

Bangtan Sonyeondan, better known globally as BTS, needs no introduction. Whether you’re a K-pop fan or not, chances are you’ve heard of them or their music at least once. Now that the boys are back from their hiatus with a new album and a world tour, ARMYs across the globe are understandably going crazy. But what we didn’t expect was Mumbai Police joining in as BTS fans too! Don’t believe us? Scroll on to find out.

Mumbai Police’s BTS-Themed Traffic Post Catches RM’s Attention

BTS members, especially leader RM and Jung Kook, have been quite active on social media lately, engaging with fans by liking and reposting content around their new album, Arirang. So, when ARMYs noticed leader Kim Namjoon had liked a Mumbai Police post about traffic awareness, it naturally sparked curiosity.

As it turns out, Mumbai Police might be BTS fans too. Their recent traffic awareness post cleverly featured the group’s new song, ‘2.0’. The video shows a motorcyclist riding rashly before cutting to a cop stepping in with a whistle to take control of the situation. It then flashes the message, “Stop! Rideeeeee safe,”—a playful nod to the song’s lyrics. To top it off, they added “BTS” with a twist: “Better Than Sorry” in the video too.

In the caption, they wrote, “No ‘Hooligans’ allowed on the road. Remember, there’s no 2.0 to life.”
