IndiGo is making headlines once again, this time for making passengers face luggage issues. Passengers onboard IndiGo flight 6E-126 travelling from Patna to Pune on Monday faced a chaotic situation after their luggage failed to arrive at the destination. According to TOI, the flight had around 180 passengers on board and landed in Pune around 4:50 pm, nearly an hour and a half after its scheduled time. This time, it was not the delay that caused the problem but the luggage.

Passengers Express Their Frustration On Social Media
IndiGo passengers then took to their respective social media handles to express anger and frustration towards the company. One passenger who boarded the flight and took to X (formerly Twitter) wrote, “Today Indigo flight 6E126 Patna to Pune.
Lost more than 100 passengers bags …..they deboarded 100 bags from the flight without giving any proper information, and no one is ready to take ownership of the same.”
Another one raised concerns regarding his luggage and shared the ticket PNR, informing the company that he is yet to get his luggage. He wrote, “My PNR is WEBCGH, as I had travelled yesterday from Patna to Pune, and without any information, Indigo didn’t carry our luggage and promised that they would deliver it by 6AM in the morning, but they didn’t, as they had given it in writing but failed to do so. Please look into it.”
