- Sattu: Sattu is enjoyed in Bihar, Jharkhand and Eastern Uttar Pradesh. It is filling, gives energy and is hydrating.
- Buttermilk: Buttermilk is enjoyed in Rajasthan and Gujarat. It is a fermented drink and is quite healthy for the gut.
- Kokum Sharbat: This drink from Konkan and Goa is made from kokum. It has a purple hue and is tangy, sweet and cooling.
- Sol Kadhi: Sol Kadhi, originating from the coastal Konkan region, is a refreshing Indian summer drink made from kokum fruit and coconut.
- Panakam: Panakam originates from South India. It is a jaggery-based lemonade flavoured with spices like dry ginger, cardamom and black pepper.
- Neer Mor: Originating from Tamil Nadu, Neer Mor is a traditional spiced buttermilk which is cooling and refreshing.
