Rohit Sharma’s Wife Buys New Home In Mumbai
Ritika Sajdeh has bought a high-end residential apartment in Prabhadevi, Mumbai, for ₹26.30 crore. As per The Free Press Journal, the apartment is located in Ahuja Towers, a well-known luxury residential project in Prabhadevi. The home offers a carpet area of around 2,760 square feet, making it a spacious urban residence. Along with the apartment, the deal includes three dedicated car parking spaces, adding to the convenience of city living. One of the best parts of it is that their new home is sea-facing.
Property registration documents accessed by Square Yards through the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website confirm the transaction. The deal was officially registered in December 2025. As part of the purchase, Ritika paid a stamp duty of ₹1.31 crore. She also paid a registration fee of ₹30,000. These charges are standard for high-value property transactions in Mumbai.

Most Sought-After Residential Areas In Mumbai
Prabhadevi has steadily grown into one of Mumbai’s most sought-after residential areas. As per The Free Press Journal, the locality enjoys excellent connectivity to key business and commercial hubs such as Lower Parel, Worli, and Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC).
The area connects easily through major roads like Senapati Bapat Marg, Dr Annie Besant Road, and the Western Express Highway. Residents in this area also enjoy easy train travel, as Prabhadevi Railway Station on the Western Line is just a short distance away.
