This time, as a New Year’s present to her followers, she shared the green juice recipe she drinks most mornings.
Soha made it clear that this is not a detox juice. It is something that can be consumed daily for hydration, fibre, and minerals. She shared a short video of herself preparing the juice and also thanked nutritionist Nidhi Behl for the recipe. She described the drink as a “gentle daily support” beverage that can easily be included in our daily routine. So, are you ready for the recipe?

Here’s The Recipe!
According to Soha Ali Khan’s Instagram post, the recipe is simple and easy to follow. Here is the complete list of the ingredients and the method.
Ingredients
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1 and a half tsp chia seeds (soaked overnight)
- 1 small piece of dragon fruit, cubed
- 1/8 tsp freshly grated ginger
- A handful of coriander leaves
- 1 handful mung bean sprouts, lightly steamed
- 1 and a half tsp hemp seeds
- 2 handfuls baby greens, lettuce, or microgreens (you can rotate these)
Method:
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
- Add a little more coconut water if you prefer a thinner, water-like consistency.
- Strain, and your green juice is ready.
Soha Ali Khan also mentioned that she usually drinks this juice after breakfast and before lunch. She says it helps with digestion, supports hormone balance, and keeps her energised on sluggish mornings. The actress advised her followers to rotate ingredients based on their needs and to “always listen to their bodies.” Many followers thanked her for sharing the recipe.
