CREW, the premium concierge platform from the Swiggy ecosystem, has entered the travel space with a dedicated personal travel concierge service. Swiggy’s CREW Launches A Broader Personal Concierge Service

The move comes after a year of learning since CREW launched as a broader personal concierge service. According to the company, travel emerged as the category with the strongest demand for seamless, end-to-end assistance, prompting the platform to expand its focus. Unlike conventional online travel platforms, which typically focus on bookings, CREW continues to assist travellers after their reservations are confirmed. Its concierge service is available around the clock across time zones, helping with itinerary changes, local recommendations and other travel-related requirements while customers are away from home. Human concierges work with AI support to provide faster and personalised assistance.

Sharing the update, Rohit Kapoor, CEO, Swiggy Food Marketplace, stated the idea behind CREW was to bridge the gap between making a booking and managing the experience that follows. Frequent traveller and CREW user Riya Sethi Wadhwani also shared her experience of using the service during a family trip to Europe. She said CREW helped her family with flights and hotels, remained available on WhatsApp throughout the trip and assisted with changes to local sightseeing reservations.
