Fatty liver is a common condition where extra fat starts building up in your liver cells. Often, you won’t even notice it at first because it doesn’t always cause symptoms. But it’s usually linked to things like having diabetes, or drinking too much of harmful drinks. The good news is that it’s reversible, and making simple diet changes can help a lot.

Which Drinks Should You Avoid Drinking Too Often?

1. Sugary Sodas

Sugary Sodas are a go-to when you want something refreshing. But here’s the thing, they’re full of sugar, mostly fructose, which heads straight to your liver. As time passes, this can turn into fat in your liver. One soda now and then? Fine. But if it becomes a daily habit, your liver is definitely going to notice.

2. Alcohol

Alcohol is another drink you should avoid consuming too much of. Even the small amounts can inflame your liver and damage liver cells. In alcohol, the expert has also included red wine. You don’t have to cut it out completely, but keeping an eye on how often you drink can save your liver a lot of stress.

3. Energy Drinks

Energy Drinks feel like a quick lifesaver when you’re tired, but most are packed with sugar and extra ingredients that make your liver work harder. So, make sure you don’t rely on them too often.

If you’re willing to drink something, the expert recommends some simple and safe options, including sparkling water, unsweetened coffee, green tea, or black tea.
