As soon as you step into Karan Anshuman’s home, the eclectic and vibrant space captivates you. From film collectibles to striking wall art, every corner reflects the creative mind behind acclaimed shows like Inside Edge, Mirzapur, and now, Glory.
We knew it would be a food-filled brunch when the conversation kicked off with butter chicken in Delhi. For Karan, the best spots for the dish are all on Pandara Road. He didn’t hold back, declaring that in the classic Gulati’s vs Havemore debate, Gulati’s takes the crown. Pulkit Samrat, however, had a tougher time choosing, but ultimately sided with Havemore.
Divyenndu added that the real beauty of Delhi lies in the abundance of great butter chicken joints across the city. He also pointed out that Chawla’s in Shalimar Garden is another excellent spot to enjoy this iconic dish.

Of course, we have to talk about the food at this delightful Sunday Brunch. Divyenndu brought a no-oil, healthy chola, while Karan added shami kebabs and a rich paneer gravy to the spread. Pulkit came in with a dish he fell in love with during his Ranthambore trip—junglee mutton. The table also featured a refreshing watermelon feta salad, Muradabadi dal, and Indrayani rice.
