With new cafes and restaurants popping up everywhere probably every other day, each place needs to present something new to grab attention and be relevant among foodies. Apart from different dishes added to the many, cafes often serve dishes with unique touches. We just came across an Instagram video of the first-ever fire pot burger in India and foodies have a lot to say about it.

Head To Ghaziabad To Relish India’s First Fire Pot Burger

Food blogger Palak Kapoor (@whatsupdilli) shared a reel showing an interesting way of serving a juicy burger.

This reel shares information about a never-seen-before technique of serving burgers. First, the dish is wrapped in aluminium foil and then placed inside two clay pots. Next, the waiter places a couple of camphor pieces on top of the pot and lights a fire. Also, a small bowl with charcoal is placed inside the pot to add smoky flavours to the food.

Next, foodies use a hammer to gently break the pot on top and open the foil to relish the appetising burger. As shared in the reel, a fire pot burger costs ₹300.

What Do Instagrammers Think About This New Concept Of Serving Burgers?

Comments under this reel are mostly against this unusual representation of India’s first fire pot burger. From breaking a clay pot to savouring the dish to paying ₹300 for a burger, foodies have several reactions to this video. No one is clearly influenced to pay ₹300 for this delicacy. A user commented, “There’s a simple rule. The more gimmicky the product, the less tasty it is!” Surprised seeing the cost, a Netizen responded, “Bas 300 rs?? Aur 500 bhi maang lete.”

Aluminium foil is used to wrap the burger before serving to customers. Seeing it, many Netizens have pointed out the harmful effects. Someone commented, “The design of selling the product is good but the wrapping of burger in FOILPAPER is very harmful. Instead, you can use BUTTERPAPER.” Another Instagrammer stated that this piece of foil will prevent smoky flavours from getting infused with the burger. The comment read, “What is the point of wrapping up the burger in the aluminium foil? It will prevent the smoke from getting infused with the burger.”
