The Fava Bistro will take you on a journey into the Mediterranean with its French windows and beautifully-lit chandeliers. Fava follows a sustainable food concept wherein the ingredients are sourced locally and the menu is prepared pesticide-free using fresh vegetables only.

What’s In It?
The Mediterranean dining involves seafood that is sourced from the deep sea and is not farm bred. You can indulge in the flavours of Fava at their la carte lunch and dinner menu with the reinterpretation of mezzes and appetizers like Smoked Salmon Hummus with Capers and Dill, Truffled Tenderloin Carpaccio, Spinach Mezze with Labneh & Toasted Almonds along with some fresh salads.
The food is curated by Chef Abhijit Saha, try the signature dish Live Micro Green Salad in which there are three varieties of live micro greens with arugula, lettuce, cherry tomato, parmesan, toasted almond, balmasic reduction and extra virgin oil.
