Calvin Lee is a Singapore-based Instagrammer who is notoriously known for trying out weird and unique food combinations. Think Gummy Bear Cheese Toast, Custard Pudding Rice, and Sesame Oil Ice Cream – this man has tried it all and more! And this time, he has paired spicy Korean noodles with chocolate ice cream!
He had cooked himself a pack of Samyang Buldak Spicy Noodles which is quite famous for its spicy flavours. So, to cut down the spiciness and just because he loves weird food combinations, Calvin decided to add chocolate ice cream to his noodles. Turns out, he quite liked the chocolate and spicy noodles flavour together. He mentioned that while the noodles were still spicy, they tasted quite nice and the ice cream added a creamy touch to them.
