Tips To Stay Healthy During Holidays

- To stay well hydrated during the journey, carry a water bottle at all times.
- Sip water throughout the journey
- Avoid coffee and chai prior to boarding, on the flight and just after landing.
- Also, don’t drink chai or coffee in a moving vehicle during road trips
- Choose hotels that offer gym access. In short, don’t forget to exercise during your trip
- Also, ask for yoga mats at hotels.
- Do at least 5 Surya namaskars
- Lie in supta baddha konasana or butterfly pose for 5 minutes before bedtime
- Eat khichdi, dal chawal, risotto or pasta for dinner. Inform the hotel beforehand, so they can keep this meal ready for you.
- During trips, meetings or conferences, munch on peanuts, pistas, cashews and nuts. These are healthy snacks.
