IRCTC Launches 3 Nights 4 Days Vaishno Devi Package At ₹2845/Person

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation ( IRCTC) has launched a 3 nights 4 days package to Vaishno Devi. The holy shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi is perched at an altitude of 5200 feet in Katra, Jammu and Kashmir. The starting price of this package by IRCTC known as Vaishno Devi Darshan by Uttar S.Krantri is ₹2845. Pilgrims taking the trip need to have a full vaccination proof of COVID-19 or an RT-PCR report of test done within 72 hours of arrival. Also, the use of face masks and installation of the Arogya Setu app will remain compulsory.

The Journey Will Start At New Delhi

The journey will start at New Delhi Railway Station. Guests will be taken to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra (SVDK) Railway Station from New Delhi Railway Station on Uttar Sampark Kranti Express. The train will depart from New Delhi on Day 1 and travellers will reach Vaishno Devi Katra Railway Station on Day 2 morning. They can have their breakfast after checking in to the IRCTC guest house. They also need to collect the Yatra slip from the Vaishno Devi Katra Railway Station.

Guests Will Be Given Accommodation At IRCTC Guest House

For visiting the Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine, pilgrims availing the package will get a pick-up facility at Banganga . They will also be dropped off at the IRCTC guest house at Katra. After a night’s stay, they can spend Day 3 in Katra and enjoy some relaxation. In the evening, they need to proceed towards the Vaishno Devi Katra Railway Station to board the Uttar Sampark Kranti Express to reach Delhi after an overnight stay.
