Why Are There Warning Signs? Is Bhangarh Fort Really Haunted?

Foreigners are also forbidden to visit the fort. Due to a number of incidents and deaths, all precautions are taken to ensure there are no accidents or fatalities in the fort. As for foreigners, they need to obtain special permission to be able to visit the eerie Bhangarh fort.
The houses in the area do not have roofs and there have been several incidents when people have been hurt if they have tried to construct a roof on their houses. It is said that the curse of the sage is responsible for roofs collapsing.

There have been reports of several accidents where people have stayed after sunset and met with accidents. And a few even saw figures and ghosts. It is not only that the locals forbid visitors to stay in the fort at night, but the ASI itself asks tourists to refrain from breaking the rules and abide by them to avoid ill-fated circumstances.
