The Bollywood Diva, Kajol, is yet again on the Sunday Brunch with Curly Tales Editor-in-chief Kamiya Jani. But this time with her reel-life son, Vishal Jethwa. Their film, Salaam Venky, is about the purest relationship of a mother and son. And, here is Kajol and Vishal Jethwa getting candid about life, film, and food.
Food, Laughter And Getting Candid With Kajol And Vishal Jethwa
The Sunday Brunch feast included Kajol’s favourite Fish and Chips, Galouti Kebab, Maa ki Dal, and her favourite Chinese food. She even confessed that Pani Puri is her guilty pleasure. Her firm belief is that there should be one day for each of her favourite food to indulge in. Kajol had studied at a boarding school in Panchgani. The actress said that she is really good at hacks and tricks that she learnt there. Besides, she gives her boarding school the credit for her independent lifestyle. About her motherhood, she confessed that she is a strict mom. Vishal Jethwa, who played Kajol’s son in the film Salaam Venky, is a Gujrati food lover. There was a special treat of Gujrati snacks for him which included Khaman, Fafda, Khandvi, and Patra.
Vishal Jethwa gave an insight into Kajol’s love for Gujarati food. According to her, Vishal’s mother makes delicious food. While speaking of a reserved place for sweets, Kajol replied, “That is a different stomach. You have one stomach for the healthy food, one stomach for the unhealthy food, and one stomach for the desserts.”

Playing Reel-Life Mom-Son Challenge
Kamiya Jani told the actors about a fun game where they had to answer questions regarding each other’s life. The trick part, though, was that both their answers had to match. And both the guests shared a humourous cheating joke. The game revealed a number of secrets. One of them was that Kajol laughs before every scene, no matter how intense or emotional the scene is. Vishal Jethwa’s secret crush on Katrina Kaif was a hilariously revealed secret.
The game further escalated to funny conversations between our host and the guests. The last question about Vishal’s first television serial was where Kajol and Vishal went into a laughing fit.
