Restaurant Style Paneer Makhani At Home

Ingredients

Oil (3 Tablespoon)
Cashewnuts (12-13)
Red Chillies (3)
Onion (1)
Tomatoes (5)
Salt ( As per taste)
Milk ( 2 Big Spoons)
Paneer Cubes
Butter (2 Tablespoons)
Cardamom (3)
Red Chilli Powder (1 Teaspoon)
Kitchen King Masala (1 Teaspoon)
Coriander
Kasturi Methi

Method

To prepare this delicious restaurant-style Paneer Makhani, first, heat the pan and add oil. Then, put the cashew nuts, red chillies, chopped onion in the pan and roast it. After roasting it for a while, add the chopped tomatoes and salt as per your taste. Stir the mixture well. Cook this well until its mushy. Once it’s cooked well, cool it off and grind it in the mixer. Then, heat a pan and add butter to it. Add cardamom pods, red chilli powder, salt as per your taste, chopped coriander, Kasuri methi to the pan. Stir this well and then add the ground mixture. Mix this well and then add milk and chopped paneer to it. Let the curry simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish this with freshly chopped coriander, and voila!
