In the next few days, the HR & CE Department is anticipated to release a circular outlining the details of the puja ritual, including the financial allotment.

Just after midday, on the same day as the consecration event in Ayodhya, special pujas will take place. As per Muzrai Minister Ramalinga Reddy, special pujas would be done at all the temples in Karnataka, not just the Ram temples.

According to the temples’ yearly revenue, Karnataka’s 34,563 temples are categorized by the HR & CE Department.

There are 139 category “B” temples with incomes between Rs 5 lakh and Rs 25 lakh, and 201 category “A” temples with annual incomes over Rs 25 lakh. The yearly revenue of the remaining 34,223 temples is less than Rs 5 lakh.
