Kerala To Get A ₹800 Crore Wellness Resort To Rejuvenate, Reboot & Refresh

In Kerala, a Dubai-based engineering venture called KEF Holding is all set to embark on the construction of a ₹800 crores integrated clinical wellness resort. This will be the first clinic of its kind in the state. For this project, the company has acquired 30 acres in the Malappuram district. Kozhikode airport is just a drive away from the KEF wellness resort.

Speedy Construction In Two Phases

The construction of the resort has been divided into two phases. The first phase of the hotel’s construction is underway, and it is expected to open in March 2023, with 60 rooms. Solar parks, organic farms, landscaping, and a resort are included in the first phase. Approximately two years from now, the second phase will feature another 70 rooms.

Wellness, A Holistic Approach

Wellness is more than just physical health alone. It is the holistic mix of physical, social, mental and emotional well being.  By learning from nature, harmonizing traditional and modern medicine to better your health, building healthy relationships, and learning to apply these practices every day, you can live in peace with your surroundings.

Experience Luxury While Connecting With Nature

With its lush green surroundings, the resort comes with a 130-room hotel offering views of lush greenery that promises serenity and peace. A harmony of contemporary design and traditional elements will connect the architecture to the surrounding landscape, resonating strongly with the boutique architectural experience of luxury. An impressive swimming pool with filtered water of 44,000 square feet has been built.

Self-Sufficiency Is The Aim

The resort will be provided with the most modern and innovative techniques by KEF Holdings. Radiant cooling will replace air conditioning. Through 3D panels, the walls and floors of the building are constructed by routing cooling and ventilation pipes. Solar energy is used in full and water is conserved through aquaponics, hydroponics, and rainwater harvesting.
