P.F. Chang’s Opens Its Doors In Khar, Mumbai
P.F. Chang’s is renowned for its authentic Pan-Asian cuisine, perfected through a specialised wok technique that reaches 700°F, ensuring that dishes retain their nutritional value while intensifying their flavours. Signature dishes like the Original Dynamite Shrimp, Chang’s Lettuce Wraps, Spicy Kimchi Fried Rice, Lo Mein, Orange Chicken, and Mongolian Tenderloin are crafted with precision and care, all served completely MSG-free.
Understanding the diverse dietary preferences in India, P.F. Chang’s has also curated a menu to cater to everyone, including innovative dishes tailored to local tastes and a special Jain menu.
Excellence at P.F. Chang’s certainly extends beyond food. The bar features signature cocktails like the Rising Dragon and Japanese Old Fashioned. The mocktail menu includes refreshers such as Chang’s Coconut Cooler and Samurai Fizz. These drinks also honour diverse cultures and flavours, using premium ingredients and presentation to elevate the entire dining experience.

A Feast For The Eyes
The Mumbai restaurant certainly features distinctive design features that are emblematic of P.F. Chang’s globally. It was designed by Zebra Projects, a London-based international design and architecture firm. The restaurant’s interior is designed with a neoclassical façade. It opens into a sophisticated double-height area with high-arched windows, elaborate balconies, and a dramatic spiral staircase.
With 110 seats inside, a private dining room, and an additional 30 outside, the restaurant can accommodate 140 guests. With four enchanted areas to explore—the main restaurant, the mezzanine bar, the private dining room, and the alfresco area—each visit certainly promises to be unique.
