This Sunday, Curly Tales had the pleasure of stepping into the beautiful Kapoor house in Bandra again. Albeit this time, we were welcomed by none other than the gorgeous Khushi Kapoor! Our Editor-in-Chief Kamiya Jani got to enjoy an elaborate meal and talked about everything from her love life and Gen Z dating to her Bollywood career. Scroll on to see how it all went down.
Khushi Kapoor Talks About Her Family Dynamics & Career
Kamiya Jani was invited to enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal at the Kapoor house in Bandra by Khushi Kapoor. While Kamiya had been there before, she got to check out the beautiful open space in the house that even had a pool, which was, however, barricaded because of the dogs in the house. Now, if you don’t know this already, then let us inform you that Khushi is a big dog lover. In fact, between her and her elder sister Janhvi, they have five dogs in the house!
When Kamiya asked her if she was a foodie or not, Khushi said, “I think everyone in the family is quite a foodie, maybe not as much as Janhvi.” As we sat down in the plush living room of the beautiful house, we spoke to Khushi about her relationship with her sister, father, and the overall family dynamic and what it was like growing up in a filmy family. She shared that growing up, she visited film sets a lot because of her father and mother and that’s what helped shape her career choice as well.
Khushi Kapoor also spoke about how she is a daddy’s girl and is his favourite as well. Over the delicious Sunday Brunch, we even spoke to her about the upcoming film Loveyapa, undergoing cosmetic surgeries, her love life, Gen Z dating, and her thoughts on public displays of affection.
Here’s What The Sunday Brunch At Kapoor House Looked Like
Now, the Kapoor sisters definitely have a knack for making their food interesting. Last time, Janhvi made Kamiya try chicken curry with idli and this time Khushi Kapoor suggested trying pav bhaji’s bhaji with paratha! Besides that, the Sunday Brunch menu also included some of her favourite dishes like Brown Rice, Salmon Fish Curry, Beetroot Sabzi, Chicken Keema, Dal, Palak Paneer, Jowar Paratha, and Appam with Coconut Milk. Now, before we dug in, Khushi also warned us about how spicy the food in the Kapoor household can be! While the food was spicy, it was absolutely delicious as well!
