Yusuff Ali is an Indian billionaire and entrepreneur who is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Lulu Group International. He was given this honour by Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah, the First Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister. It happened during a ceremony in Kuwait City, and this marks the rollout of the new visa.
