What’s In It?
Their menu is small but has some flavourful dishes that will get you lip-smacking. Try the Mon Ngon Saigon – a traditional Vietnamese plate of Pork patties and vermicelli and Crispy Vietnamese Pancakes called Banh Xeo Nam Bo.
Get yourself a Pho Ga, aromatic rice noodle soup with chicken that has a very strong clove flavour. Also, try Ga Kho Gung which includes caramelized ginger chicken, Goi Cuon Tom Thit that are summer rolls with shrimp and chicken, rice noodles, fresh mint leaves wrapped in paper-thin rice sheets and topped with soya sauce.
